Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day shipping.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging for customer privacy. Product information is not displayed on the outside of the package.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package into their system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Bodywand is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or warehouse inventory.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when applicable.

Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or worn intimate products.
