HOW TO STRENGTHEN & TONE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES
by Dr. Mindy
What is a Kegel exercise?
To put it simply, a kegel is a tightening and then releasing of your pelvic floor muscles. Think of the pelvic floor as a group of muscles that acts like a hammock to support important organs like the bladder, bowel, uterus and vagina.

If you want stronger orgasms, do your kegels!
How do I use the Squeeze items?
- Wash your hands and the squeeze item with anti-bacterial soap.
- Rub a small to moderate amount of water-based lube on the balls for easy insertion. (Don’t go overboard on the lube or you may have difficulties keeping the weight inserted)
- Lie on your back in a comfortable position.
- Slowly and steadily insert the squeeze item into your vagina.
- Push the item as far into your vagina as you are comfortable.
- Once the balls feel secure in the vaginal canal your work has begun!
- Continue lying down or stand up and go about your day. The weights will automatically engage your pelvic floor muscles or you can take your kegel work to the next level and engage in a series of kegels.
